Sorry to be away so long. Getting the hang of posting once a week is still part of my learning curve. Been away traveling to visit parents over this past week, for example, and my slow spring in my editing business has turned into a very busy summer (and likely fall as well). I’m beginning to think, that like God creating the world in Genesis, my “days” for the 30-day challenge will continue to not match actual Earth days. Ya think? 😉
Depepi’s 13th question: For what purposes do you use the Lenormand (meditation, guidance, recreation…)?
I actually like using it for daily predictions in a three-card spread. I just clear my mind and ask the oracle to let me know what I should be aware of for the day. A lot of the draws end up being about mundane things for the day, like package deliveries, work projects, what’s going on with family or friends. Because these are draws without a specific question, they aren’t always as accurate, but they have definitely clued me in to things I can head off, like potential arguments (the whip), pick up, like checks from clients at the post office (fish/rider or fish/letter), or take the opportunity offered, like, well, a little private fun with the hubby (lilies/man!).
Today’s was Fish-Lilies-Fox, so I was mentally prepared to deal with something going wrong (fox) with family (lilies–it’s not always about sex!) money (fish) or hubby’s and my respective businesses (fish can also mean self-employment). And we did have a delay in Matt finishing up a coin ring for a client today because he’d been ill the night before (nothing serious). Out of my subconscious because I already knew he was feeling sub-par and did the reading this morning? Possibly, but I certainly wasn’t thinking of that interpretation this morning (it’s now evening); just thought of it, actually.
But I personally believe that oracles like this work through quantum fluctuations in multi-dimensional fields, so it’s just a question of subconsciously accessing the probabilities to see influences working in the real world. In a truly fundamental sense, we do create our own reality. 😉
To end this post, I’d like to recommend Donnaleigh’s video introduction to reading the Grand Tableau. It’s quick (9 minutes or so), and gave me some good patterns to use to start interpreting for this complex setup. There are other methods and patterns (distance, knighting), but it’s a very good beginning. And Donnaleigh has lots of other good Lenormand videos on much smaller card combinations as well. Check out her GT intro here.
